Customer Testimonials
At Roofs.com.au, we pride ourselves on delivering more than just roofing — we provide peace of mind, lasting quality, and top-tier service. Here’s what our satisfied customers across Australia have to say:
“They saved our century-old terrace from disaster.”We had a severely leaking slate roof on our 1890s terrace that two other contractors walked away from. The Roofs.com.au team not only repaired it, but also matched the original slate tiles perfectly. Their attention to heritage detail was impressive — and they even repaired the chimney flashing while they were at it. Highly recommend!
★★★★★ Olivia T. Newtown, NSW “Emergency roof repair done within hours of my call.”
After a freak storm ripped part of our Colorbond roof off, we panicked. I called Roofs.com.au at 6am and by 9:30, a crew was already on our roof applying a temporary seal. They later handled the full replacement and even coordinated with our insurer. Lifesavers.
★★★★★ Marcus H. Wynnum, QLD “Gutter replacement that solved years of drainage issues.”
We’d had overflowing gutters for years, despite multiple ‘repairs’. The Roofs.com.au team came out, properly assessed the fall and downpipe placement, and installed custom Colorbond gutters that haven’t overflowed since — even in Melbourne’s worst rains.
★★★★★ Rajiv & Meera S. Glen Waverley, VIC “Our new Colorbond roof looks absolutely stunning.”
We went from old concrete tiles to a sleek Monument Colorbond roof. The transformation is incredible — our house looks brand new, and the improved insulation is already cutting our summer cooling bills. The project was fast, clean, and on-budget.
★★★★★ Emily L. Stirling, SA “Drone cleaning worked wonders on our tricky roofline.”
Our architect-designed house has a high skillion roof that’s difficult to access. The drone roof cleaning service was a game-changer — no scaffold, no damage, and they even showed us before-and-after footage. So satisfying!
★★★★★ Carlo D. Bellingen, NSW “Skylight installation brightened our whole kitchen.”
I was worried a skylight would leak or overheat the kitchen. Roofs.com.au advised on the right glazing and even installed a solar-powered blind. It’s made a dramatic difference and honestly feels like a renovation, not just a roof upgrade.
★★★★★ Dana G. Fremantle, WA “Top-quality asbestos removal — safe, fast, and professional.”
I inherited a home with an old corrugated asbestos roof. Roofs.com.au managed everything — safety plans, removal, disposal, and a full Colorbond replacement. Zero stress. They even handled the council paperwork. Can’t thank them enough.
★★★★★ Kevin W. Redcliffe, WA “Flat roof repair that finally stopped the ponding.”
I’d battled water pooling on my flat roof for years, causing constant leaks. Roofs.com.au re-graded it with tapered insulation and installed a new waterproof membrane. Two winters later, still completely dry.
★★★★★ Sara N. Hobart, TAS “We’re thrilled with the solar roof installation.”
We got a new metal roof and integrated solar panels in one seamless install. Everything from the racking to the inverter placement was clean and professional. Our energy bills have dropped dramatically, and the roof looks sharp!
★★★★★ Ahmed & Noor A. Blacktown, NSW “Impressed by their honesty and transparent quoting.”
I called three roofers, and Roofs.com.au was the only one who did a proper inspection and explained every item on the quote. No pressure, no upselling. Just professional service from start to finish.
